Ms. Jean Hung, Project Manager (Part-time), Universities Service Centre for China Studies

Jean, who is in charge of the long-term research project Archive on Folk History in China, was awarded as the Archivist of the Year 2017 for her extraordinary work in keeping memories alive, by the Scone Foundation at the States on 9 May 2017 in New York.

A documentary The Songs of Meidichong, which was directed by Mr. Hu Jie and produced by the Folk History project, was awarded the Champion of Features at the 10th Chinese Documentary Festival 2017.
