Office of Academic Links (China) is organizing the Summer Cultural Interflow Programme for Mainland Students 2018 from 5 to 10 August 2018 this year. We are recruiting full-time students of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) to be members of our Organizing Committee. Programme details are as follows:
Date: 5 to 8 August, 2018
Activities: Seminars, campus and local tours, cultural visits
Job duties:
1. Organize cultural experiential learning activities
2. Introduce Hong Kong and CUHK to mainland participants
3. Manage accommodation matters during the camp
4. Pick up and escort participants
5. Interact and exchange with participants
6. Provide administrative support as assigned by OALC (including production of multimedia materials such as posters and videos)
Participants: Around 80 undergraduate and postgraduate students from over 30 mainland universities
Quota:12 (TBC)
Fee: FREE of charge
Remarks: Committee members must attend preparation meetings with OALC staff before the camp and carry out preparation tasks
