Tsinghua University recently launched a new advanced training course named “China and The World” from 20 June to 25 July via its online learning platform. The course covers a variety of topics including economic development, modern governance, technological innovation, history and humanities, as well as current affairs. By participating in online lectures and completing special research projects, participants would further enhance their macro visions, communicate with colleagues of other higher education institutions from the three regions to gain a deeper understanding of the development profile of the Mainland and promote exchanges. Nearly 100 participants from Hong Kong, Macao and Mainland China were admitted to the course including 4 staff members of CUHK.
