    Healthy Eating Using the Wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine

    Programme detailsFood therapy is considered as one of the effective ways for preventing diseases, healing illness and maintaining balance of human body. Participants of this course will learn the basic theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine, different body constitutions and the guidelines for matching various food for disease prevention.
