Notes on Application 申請須知：
• Subject to application, ‘Climate Change: Past, Present, Future’ shall be exhibited at schools or public spaces, at no charge, for a period of five days or less. All applications will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. Extension of an exhibition period may be considered by the Jockey Club Museum of Climate Change (hereinafter ‘the Museum’), subject to the exhibition schedule and further terms and conditions.
「氣候變化的古今與未來」每次展出的期限不多於五天，申請先到先得。如學校／機構希望延長展出時間，賽馬會氣候變化博物館（下稱博物館）將按照申請情況作個別考慮。
• The Museum will arrange delivery of the ‘Climate Change: Past, Present, Future’ modules (hereafter ‘the Exhibits’) to the school / organization. The school / organization shall arrange sufficient staff to provide assistance upon delivery, to ensure that the Exhibits are placed at the proposed area, such as a hall or a covered playground, accessed by lifts. The school / organization shall ensure protection of the Exhibits from strong wind and rain.
博物館將安排運送「氣候變化的古今與未來」展品（下稱展品）到學校／機構。學校／機構需安排職員協助將展品放置在申請時所指定的位置（須位於升降機可達樓層），如禮堂或有蓋雨天操場。學校／機構須確保展品所擺放的位置不受強風及雨水的影響。
• The entrance, pathways and lift doors of the school / organization shall be sufficiently large to allow passage of the Exhibits (the dimensions of each of the exhibits are provided in item 9 “Selection of ‘Climate Change: Past, Present, Future’ Modules”).
學校／機構之入口、通道或升降機門大小須能讓展品安全通過（展品尺寸請參考第9項「選擇『氣候變化的古今與未來』展品」）。
• The school / organization shall ensure adequate power supplies (such as a 3-rectangular-pin 13A plug) for the Exhibits. In case the exhibition area is away from the power supplies, the school / organization shall arrange extension units that comply with relevant safety requirements.
學校／機構需提供足夠電源（例如一個13安培方腳獨立插頭）供展品使用。如電源位置遠離展品位置，學校／機構需安排合乎相關安全規格的電線拖板。
• The school / organization shall be responsible for the safety and order of the students and public during the exhibition period.
學校／機構須負責學生或公眾在參加活動時之安全及秩序。
• The Exhibits are available for loan, at no charge, by schools / organizations. The school / organization hosting the exhibition is required to submit a deposit by means of a crossed cheque of HK$3,000 payable to ‘The Chinese University of Hong Kong’. The deposit cheque will be reimbursed to the school / organization once the Exhibits are returned without any loss or damage (fair wear and tear excepted).
借用展覽組件費用全免。學校／機構須於申請主辦展覽時以劃線支票繳付按金三千港元，抬頭「香港中文大學」。完成展覽後，展品如沒有任何遺失或損壞（正常使用耗損除外），可獲發還按金支票。
• The school / organization shall be responsible for the protection of the Exhibits. In case of loss or damage of the Exhibits (fair wear and tear excepted), the school / organization shall be responsible for the full payment of repair or replacement.
學校／機構須負責保管展品，如有任何遺失或損毁（正常使用耗損除外），學校／機構須負責全部維修或更換費用。
• The Museum possesses the copyright of the Exhibits. The content of the Exhibits shall not be reproduced, duplicated or altered in any format in any way.
展品版權屬賽馬會氣候變化博物館所有，學校／機構不得擅自以任何形式翻印、複製或更改展品內容。
• The exhibition is solely for educational or non-commercial use. The school / organization should not impose any charge on the viewers, or load the exhibits to any third party.
展覽只供教育及非商業用途。學校／機構不得向觀賞者收取任何費用，亦不得擅自將展品外借予第三者。
• The Museum reserves the right of approval for all applications.
博物館保留最終決定權。
• This application form has been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
此申請表的中文版為英文版之譯本。如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以英文版本為準。
