Registration Form for Roundtable Discussion on Promoting Women Leadership in Higher Education (4 August 2015)

The Roundtable Discussion is co-organized by the Gender Research Centre and the Task Force on Women- and Family-Friendly Policies at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). In this Roundtable, Prof. Janet Beer, Vice-Chancellor of University of Liverpool, will examine the effect of flexible working practices on both men and women. She will also introduce recent research on the career trajectories of women academics in senior leadership roles and discuss action that might be taken to improve gender inequalities in higher education.
