Notes to Applicants

**Hostel Residence Policy**
The following students will be required to reside in student hostels. These students need not file separate applications for hostel accommodation:
(1) Single full-time BD students
(2) Single full-time MDiv students
(3) Single non-local students

For students who are required to reside in hostels: (e.g. single full-time BD/MDiv students)
If you do NOT wish to reside in student hostels, please complete this form to apply for "Hostel Exemption".

For students who are NOT required to reside in hostels: (e.g. married BD/MDiv students)
If you wish to apply for hostel residence, please complete this form to apply for "Hostel Residence".

Only students with very special reasons may make the applications and the applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
