Before Filling in Application
Please read this carefully before you start your application. You need to fill in the whole
application in one go

and use next time.
Understanding What is Required
Indeed, understanding the application may give you some ideas how to plan your events or tasks or activities.
1. There are five pages in the application web, each page requires certain information.
2. Use the “Continue” or “Previous” button to scroll through all the pages to see what information is needed.
3. At the last page, there is an Excel file of Budget Template to download. Get it and see what is required in your budget. You need to prepare your budget and upload in your application.
After Application is Submitted
1. The Committee will review your application and proposal, especially the budget
2. If necessary, you may be invited to an interview
3. You may start to further think about your project and perhaps start something that do not involve cost or much effort
4. If your application is successful, you may immediately start the work according to your plan.
