Upon submission of this report, you will receive a confirmation email with your submitted data. Please forward the report to your Department Chairman/Unit Head for endorsement, and return it with endorsement to OAL (either by email to mobilityscheme@cuhk.edu.hk or in hard copy) within 30 days upon completion of the visit. If you are a Department Chairman/Unit Head, please seek endorsement from the Faculty Dean/Supervising Officer.
