入會申請須知 會費優惠 - 只適用於2025/26 畢業生 **不符合資格的申請者將不獲處理 永久會員費用：$0 (特別折扣優惠) 申請和聲校友證費用：$200 (可選擇) 優惠截止日期：2026年10月16日(星期五) 如於優惠期後申請加入校友會，須繳付港幣300元會員費（已包含和聲校友證費用）。 校友會會員福利 1. 會員憑有效的校友證於和聲書院師生飲食中心、滬軒、Cafe Tolo和綠茵廊用膳，可享有8折優惠*； 2. 會員可憑有效的校友證預訂及使用書院之一號 (鋼琴室)及二號 (樂隊房) 音樂室、健身室和燒烤場、「梁卓居」訪問學人宿舍及「文匯軒」等設施**；及 3. 會員可優先參加由校友會舉辦的各項活動並享有優惠。 4. 首40名成功完成校友會入會申請並以港幣200元申請校友證的合資格畢業生，將獲贈和聲書院畢業證書套乙個。證書套可於畢業典禮當日領取。 * 優惠因應季度隨時作出更改，和聲書院保留此優惠的最終決定權 ** 和聲書院學生有優先使用權，使用場地時需依照各場地之使用規則。校友會會員需親身到大堂櫃檯以校友證登記，換取相關設施的門禁卡進出該書院設施。 付款方法 以轉賬付款：請將金額存入「The Chinese University of Hong Kong」戶口 [號碼：(024) 293-005005-018] 。如透過網上銀行轉賬，請截圖並上載至本表格；如透過自動櫃員機轉賬，則須在存根上寫上姓名和聯絡電話，並寄回「香港中文大學和聲書院院務處」轉「和聲書院校友會」，或電郵至wsalumni@cuhk.edu.hk。 備註 1. 請上載證件相一張 (或電郵至wsalumni@cuhk.edu.hk)。證件相的建議尺寸為 "40 毫米 (闊) x 50 亳米 (高)"。 2. 校友會將在收到會員費用和證件相之後，方會處理入會申請。 3. 請確保申請人的電郵地址和手提電話號碼正確無誤，以便確實會員資格和往後聯絡事宜。 Note for Membership Application Membership Fee - Only applicable to 2025/26 Graduates Life Members: $0 (Special Offer) Creation of WS Alumni Card: $200 (optional) Offer Expiry Date: 16 October 2026 (Friday) Graduates who apply for Alumni Association membership after the promotional period will be required to pay a HK$300 membership fee, inclusive of the Lee Woo Sing Alumni Card.
