Even among crowds, we can still feel lonely. Through psychological insights into how loneliness develops and our deep human need for connection, understanding, and belonging, we learn to move beyond superficial interactions, build meaningful relationships, and foster empathy.
人群之中,我們仍可能感到孤單。活動從心理學角度出發,剖析孤獨感的成因,以及我們對連結、理解與歸屬的深層需要。參加者將了解如何超越表面社交,建立有意義的人際關係,並培養對他人處境的同理心。
