After verification with the Education Bureau, verified nominees will be invited by email to submit an online application to CUHK in January 2027. They will be asked to submit personal profile and supporting documents such as Student Learning Profile (SLP), Other Experiences and Achievements in Competition / Activities (OEA), school reports, personal statement, etc. as required by individual programmes.

Nominees may invite up to three referees to submit an Online Confidential Recommendation. One of their referees MUST be their secondary school principal. Reference letters including the predicted HKDSE grades in the 2027 HKDSE should be uploaded for reference.
