Please note that: - Age requirements may apply for certain roles - VEX certification may be required for certain roles - Applicants might be vetted for conflicts of interest We are looking for volunteers on the following dates: - 12/12/2026 Skills Challenge @ IVE(LWL) - 13/12/2026 Skills Challenge @ IVE(LWL) - 29/12/2026 Skills Challenge @ IVE(LWL) - 30/12/2026 Skills Challenge @ IVE(LWL) - 16/01/2027 ES Teamwork & Judging @ HKSTP - 17/01/2027 MS Teamwork & Judging @ HKSTP =================================== Judge - Interviews teams, reviews Engineering Notebooks, and evaluates teams against the award criteria - Certification is recommended but not required. - Must be of age 18 or older Emcee - Announces matches, keeps teams and spectators oriented on what is happening and what comes next, and runs the microphone through the awards ceremony Field resetter - Resets fields between matches, positions game elements correctly, and confirms the field is ready before each match starts Queuer - Gets the right teams to the right field at the right time, working a match or two ahead of the current one - Queuing is the difference between a schedule that holds and one that slips. We also need other smaller general roles!
