Some universities may only issue electronic official transcripts to other institutions. In that event, official electronic transcripts should be sent to Ms. Lily Yau at lilyyau@cuhk.edu.hk. Note 2: If you are meeting the English requirement by IELTS or TOEFL, please share your test results with CUHK in the IELTS/TOEFL system, and provide your Test Report Form Number (IELTS) or Appointment Number (TOEFL) in the Graduate School's admission application system. o IELTS: share with “The Chinese University of Hong Kong – Graduate School”; or o TOEFL: share with “0812 Chinese University of Hong Kong” If necessary, we will invite you to request your test centre to directly mail us a hard copy of you test report. Update as of 7 October 2026: If your IELTS/ TOEFL results have been successfully shared with CUHK, you may not need to upload your test report unless requested. Note 3: Please use the template provided by the Department of Music. If additional space is needed for further information, you are welcome to submit your own CV.
