CU Nursing Graduate Hub Mentorship Programme 2026

CU Nursing Graduate Hub Mentorship Programme brings together experienced nursing professionals and early-career nurses to foster connection, knowledge sharing, professional growth, and a stronger alumni community.
Whether you're an experienced nurse looking to give back or a young professional seeking guidance, we invite you to be part of this meaningful journey.

Programme Details

Duration: 1 Year
Mentors: CU Nursing alumni and nursing professionals with 5+ years of working experience
Mentees: Recent graduates and early-career nursing professionals Recent graduates and nursing professionals with fewer than 5 years of working experience
Mentorship Format: Mentor-mentee pairs are expected to meet at least twice during the programme period
Kick-off Gathering: Late November 2026 (Saturday morning, date to be confirmed)
Recognition: Mentors and mentees who successfully complete the programme will be recognised with a Certificate of Completion at the CUHK Alumni Homecoming.
