1. A secure credit card payment link or bank details will be emailed to you once your registration eligibility (especially for the workshop) is confirmed.
注册数据及资格（尤其是工作坊选拔）经确认后，大会将透过电邮向阁下发送信用卡付款链接或银行户口资料。
2. Please DO NOT make any payment or mail any cheque before receiving the official registration confirmation or selection results.
在收到大会正式录取或确认通知前，请切勿进行转账或邮寄支票。
3. All registration fees must be settled and received PRIOR to the event. Access will be denied if payment is outstanding.
所有费用必须在活动举办前全额缴清。若在活动前未收到款项，大会保留取消该注册并拒绝入场的权利。
4. NO REFUND will be entertained once the registration and payment are confirmed.
费用一经确认及缴付，概不退款。
5. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance.
任何取消申请必须以书面形式提交至秘书处。未能出席或中途退出活动之人士，大会恕不退还任何费用。 *
