Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to reg.ent@cuhk.edu.hk on or before 15 October 2026.
• A HK$600 administrative fee applies to approved refunds.
• No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 90 days after the event.

Adverse Weather and Event Cancellation
If the conference, workshop, or course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer will make every effort to reschedule the program where possible. No refund will be provided if a participant is unable to attend the rescheduled program. If the event is cancelled for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, the registration fee will be refunded after deducting any expenses already incurred.

Liability and Insurance
The organizer will not be liable for any costs, damages, expenses, or losses arising from adverse weather, cancellation, or postponement, except for reimbursement of registration fees paid to the organizer where applicable. Participants are strongly advised to arrange suitable insurance to cover travel, accommodation, and other related costs.
