Adverse Weather and Event Cancellation If the conference, workshop, or course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer will make every effort to reschedule the program where possible. No refund will be provided if a participant is unable to attend the rescheduled program. If the event is cancelled for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, the registration fee will be refunded after deducting any expenses already incurred. Liability and Insurance The organizer will not be liable for any costs, damages, expenses, or losses arising from adverse weather, cancellation, or postponement, except for reimbursement of registration fees paid to the organizer where applicable.
