Job Summary
This summer internship in Technology Transformation Consulting in Hong Kong offers students the opportunity to support digital transformation projects across areas such as CRM, finance, ERP/EPM, HR systems, data analytics, and cloud solutions. Interns will work with consulting teams to help clients improve business processes and implement technology-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyse business problems by conducting research and analysis, under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Support the design of enterprise applications or data and cloud analytics solutions, e.g. Oracle, SAP, Salesforce.com, Workday, AWS, MS Azure, Outsystems etc.
• Contribute to prototypes and/or perform proof-of-concept to apply cutting-edge technologies (e.g. HRIS, finance system, robotics, low-code platform etc.) to solve business problems.
• Assist in projects that help clients rethink their finance, procurement, or supply chain functions by leveraging cloud technologies such as AI in conjunction with ERP/EPM platforms.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and insights through modern planning and reporting tools.
• Participate in agile development cycles by supporting activities such as storyboarding, coding, integration, and testing.
• Coordinate with offshore development teams to support programming or system implementation tasks.
• Support the team in operational and governance redesign for clients during digital transformation journey.

Requirement
• Penultimate-year students, preferably majoring in Accounting and Finance, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Mathematics
• Good team player who enjoys working collaboratively with people from a variety of backgrounds
• Knowledge and experience in programming and/or data analytics is an advantage
• Passionate about coding, problem solving, and collaborating with people
Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Closely follows technology trends and their business applications/disruptions
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
