Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all places are filled. Interested students should submit their application by 7 June 2026 for first-round consideration. Before submitting this application, please ensure that you have the following information and documents ready: a) A written introduction of yourself / your team (about 100 words) b) A video clip of less than 2 minutes to introduce yourself/your team and elaborate on your proposal (For videos larger than 10MB in size, please send us links to the videos) c) An activity proposal. d) Photos/posters/videos/news clippings to show your past experience in organizing exhibitions, art/cultural activities, personal practices, or performances. e) Personal particulars of all members in your team. 1. Eligibility a)Degree-seeking undergraduate students, including local & non-local students (except those from the full-residential Colleges). b)Passionate about cross-cultural exchange. c)Responsible, outgoing and a team player. d)Good Language proficiency and computer literacy. e)Previous experience in organizing cultural activities would be advantageous. 2. Responsibilities - Reside at the International House (I-House) for the year 2026/27 (lodging fees apply) - Organize at least 1 activity per term (fully subsidized) - Supporting at least 1 OSA activity per term - Submit activity reports - Participate in the training sessions 3. Application - Interested students can apply individually or form a team of up to 7 students. - Students can choose to apply for one term or the full year.
