Chung Chi College 75th Anniversary Banquet: Registration Notes
1. 晚宴座位名額有限,額滿即止。 每位參加者最多可認購 36 張餐券。
2. 請於成功報名晚宴後兩星期內完成餐費付款。如逾期仍未付款,其報名將被視作自動取消,恕不另行通知。
3. 餐費可透過轉數快(FPS)、銀行轉帳方式或港幣劃線支票繳付。完成付款後,請保留相關付款證明(如FPS轉帳截圖或銀行入數紙副本),並按指示上載或回傳已成功付款之交易紀錄,以便核對。
4. 餐券一經確認及付款,恕不接受任何取消、退款或更換安排。敬請於報名前仔細核對並確認所有報名資料。
5. 認購餐券時,請一併提交所有同行賓客的完整資料:
崇基校友:中文及英文全名、畢業年份及學系
非崇基校友:中文及英文全名
6. 如有素食或其他特別飲食要求(如食物過敏等),請於報名表格內註明。學院將盡量協助協調,惟實際餐飲安排須以當日晚宴承辦商之供應情況為準。
7. 如欲與指定屆別校友同席,請於報名表格內註明。學院將因應實際情況盡力協調,惟最終座位安排將由學院全權決定。
8. 晚宴之具體座位安排將於 2026 年 10 月 23 日或之前 另行通知所有參加者。
9. 學院保留因應實際情況(包括但不限於惡劣天氣或其他不可抗力因素),對活動之日期、地點或形式作出更改,或取消活動的最終決定權。如有相關安排,將另行通知參加者。
1. Seating capacity for the banquet is limited, and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Each registrant may purchase up to 36 dinner tickets.
2. Please complete payment of the dinner fee within two weeks after successful registration. Registrations with overdue payment will be regarded as automatically cancelled without prior notice.
3. Payment can be made via FPS, bank transfer or by crossed HKD cheque. Upon completion of payment, please retain the payment proof (e.g. FPS transaction screenshot or bank deposit slip) and upload or return the transaction record as instructed for verification.
4. Once registration and payment are confirmed, no cancellation, refund, or exchange will be accepted. Participants are advised to carefully review and confirm all registration details before submission.
5. When purchasing banquet tickets, please provide the full details of all accompanying guests:
Chung Chi alumni: full Chinese and English names, graduation year, and programme/department
Non alumni: full Chinese and English names
6. If you have vegetarian or special dietary requirements (e.g. food allergies), please indicate them in the registration form. The College will endeavor to coordinate arrangements; however, actual catering provision is subject to the dinner contractor’s availability.
7. If you wish to be seated with alumni from a specific graduating class, please indicate this in the registration form. The College will make every effort to accommodate requests, subject to actual circumstances. Final seating arrangements shall be determined by the College.
8. Detailed seating arrangements will be announced to all participants on or before 23 October 2026.
9. The College reserves the final right to change the event date, venue, or format, or to cancel the event, due to actual circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather or force majeure. Participants will be notified of any such arrangements as appropriate.
