APRU Virtual Student Exchange (Season 3, 2025-26) Participation Form

The APRU VSE Central Office is now inviting APRU Member Universities to participate in VSE Season 3, 2025-26, which will offer short-term academic and/or Virtual Language Center (VLC) courses with starting dates from May to August 2026.

Please complete this participation form if your university wishes to participate in VSE Season 3, 2025-26, preferably two months before the start of the term/semester. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the VSE Central Office at apru.vse@cuhk.edu.hk.

VSE coordinators are the designated contact points of the participating universities. Their contact information will be posted on https://vse.apru.org/vsecoordinators/ for enquires from applicants and students.

6. VSE Administrator Account

VSE Administrators will be given access to the VSE application system for viewing, endorsing and approving applications, and submitting course information.

Each participating university will be allocated with at most 4 administrator accounts. To set up these accounts, please provide the required information below. New administrator will receive an email on how to activate the account in due course.
