    Please read through the 2026 Summer Student Hostels Rental Guideline before submitting an application.

2. 遞交此網上表格後，營會負責人將會收到電郵通知。請列印該電郵，並在列印本上簽署及加蓋團體印章，然後電郵至 polly@cuhk.edu.hk。申請結果將以電郵方式通知。
    After submitting this online application form, the camp person‑in‑charge will receive an email notification. Please print the email, sign it, affix your organization’s stamp, and email the scanned copy to polly@cuhk.edu.hk. The application result will be sent via email.

3. 書院開放飯堂及部分設施供團體租用，詳情請參閱書院網頁 (http://www.wys.cuhk.edu.hk/downloads.php) [選擇「其他」>「租用書院設施」]。
    The College Canteen and some facilities are open for booking, please refer to College website for more details. [Choose “For Others” > “College Facilities Booking”].

4. 書院保留批准或拒絕任何申請的權利。

團體必須委派一位年滿十八歲之人士作營會負責人，負責與書院聯絡並處理所有與申請相關之事宜。書院將不接納上述營會負責人以外之人士查詢或處理租用事宜。
The booking organization must appoint a person aged 18 or above as the camp person-in-charge, who will be responsible for communicating with the College and handling all matters related to the application. The College will not accept inquiries or handle rental matters from anyone other than the designated camp person‑in‑charge.

C. 營會資料 Camp Information

1. 本院有權在同一時間將宿舍租予多於一個團體，及將同一團體之成員分配於不同層數之房間。若情況許可，書院當盡量安排同一團體之成員居於同一樓層（不設男女共層）。恕不招待12歲以下兒童。
The College may accept more than one Organization at the same booking period. Members of one Organization may be assigned to stay on different floors while the College will try to arrange them to the same floors. Female and male residents will be placed on separate floors. Children under 12 are not allowed to stay.

2. 團體須於距離入宿日起計最少兩個星期前確實住宿資料。如有修改，本院會酌情考慮，並保留不接納請求的權利。
Organizations must finalize and confirm all booking details at least two weeks prior to the check-in date. The College reserves the right to decline request of revision made after the aforementioned deadline.
