* This cancellation form is only applicable for bookings of CYT LT1A, CYT LT1B, LSK LT6, YIA LT1 and YIA LT2. For other communal classrooms, the cancellation MUST be submitted via WRB. 此表格只適用於取消借用鄭裕彤樓LT1A、鄭裕彤樓LT1B、李兆基樓LT6、康本國際學術園LT1及康本國際學術園LT2，取消其他課室之借用必須透過網上借用課室系統辦理。
