中大學生團體可透過此表格申請使用康本國際學術園對出的懸掛橫額位置。為推動環保，從2026年9月起，可供申請的位置將由3個減至2個。 CUHK student organizations can apply for the use of banner display spaces opposite Yasumoto International Academic Park(YIA) through this form. In order to promote environmental protection, the number of available spaces will be reduced from three to two starting from September 2026. 申請團體最早可於擬發布日期的一個月前提交申請，最遲須於發布日一星期前提交。每張橫額懸掛期最長為兩週。申請將以先到先得方式處理，結果會透過電郵通知。請在收到核准通知郵件後，方於預定發布日懸掛橫額。懸掛期結束後，申請團體必須自行拆除橫額。若未能按時拆除，學院將取消該團體日後申請資格，並安排人員拆除，恕不另行通知。 Application for banner display can be submitted as early as one month before the intended posting date and no later than one week prior to the posting date. Each banner may be displayed for a maximum period of two weeks. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and the result will be notified via email. Please only put up the banner on the intended posting date after receiving the approval notification email. After the display period, banners must be removed by the applicant.
