請注意以下事項： ⦾ 此表格須由參賽單位的主要聯絡人填寫，以辨識影片所屬單位。 ⦾ 影片須合乎以下規格： • 時間：不長於1分鐘 • 影片格式：MP4 或 MOV • 檔案大小：不大於1GB • 解像度：720p 或 1080p • 比例：16:9 • 必須為一鏡到底，並到現場收音及錄影的原片 • 除字幕外，沒有其他特別視覺效果 • 影片聲畫同步 ⦾ 上載影片於雲端硬碟時，請確認連結權限已設置為「公開」，否則學院職員或不能觀看或下載相關影片。 ⦾ 參賽單位如由學院協助拍攝影片，則不用上載相關影片連結。 ⦾ 參賽單位的影片須符合比賽所有相關規則，否則組別或被取消資格。 影片上載限期：2026-02-22（星期日）晚上11時59分，逾時提交將不作考慮。 活動查詢 陳女士（3943 6994 / kath.chan@cuhk.edu.hk） 其他查詢 郭女士（3943 6447 / CC75@cuhk.edu.hk） Please note the following before the submission of video: ⦾ This submission form should be completed by the contact person of each contestant for easy referencing. ⦾ The video must abide the following requirements： • Duration: Maximum ONE (1) minute • Format: MP4 of MOV • File Size: Maximum 1GB • Resolution: 720p or 1080p • Aspect Ratio: 16:9 • The video must be taken by a live recording with a continuous shot without pause • Except subtitles, no special visual effects should be added ⦾ The link for the video should set as “Public” on the cloud drive of your choice, otherwise the College staff may be unable to watch or download the video ⦾ If the contestant has sought assistance in filming from the College, it is not necessary for the group concerned to submit the video. ⦾ The video uploaded must follow the rules and regulation for the Contest, otherwise the contestant may face disqualification.
