崇星75比賽歌唱組報名表格 CC75 Star Contest Registration Form - Singing

為慶祝崇基學院75周年校慶，並凝聚來自不同年代及背景的崇基人，學院特別舉辦 「崇星75比賽」，讓熱愛表演藝術的朋友展現才華，為校慶增添藝術氣息！

參賽資格、比賽資訊及詳情
「崇星75比賽」設有兩個項目：歌唱組及其他才藝組，參加者須為崇基人（包括本科生、校友、教職員、資深導師、校董會成員）或其親屬。每位人士最多可於每個項目參與三個參賽單位。

各組優勝者除可獲得豐富獎品外，更有機會於崇基學院重要場合演出優勝作品！

歌唱組詳情
歌唱組將率先於 2026年1月至4月 舉行，表演內容以歌唱為主即可參賽，並設有 個人組及團體組。

To celebrate the 75th Anniversary of Chung Chi College and bring together members from different generations and backgrounds, the College is delighted to launch the CC75 Star Contest! This event provides a wonderful opportunity for those who love the performing arts to showcase their talents and add an artistic touch to our anniversary celebrations.

Contest Overview
The CC75 Star Contest features two categories: Singing and Other Talents. Participants must be Chung Chi members (including undergraduate students, alumni, staff, Senior College Tutors, Members of Board of Trustees) or their relatives. Each person may join up to three entries in each category.

Winners of each group will receive attractive prizes and may be invited to perform their winning pieces at major College events!

Singing Category Details
The Singing Category will take place from January to April 2026. Any performance primarily featuring singing is eligible. There will be Solo and Group divisions.

    2026-02-22 (Sunday) - Deadline for registration and submission of video
    2026-02-14 or 2026-02-21 (Saturday) – Assistance in Filming (by appointment during registration) (No longer accepted)
    2026-03-13 (Friday) - Announcement of Final Contestants
    2026-04-18 (Saturday) – Final
