- Number of walk-in quotas will be varied for each session depending on the actual number of attendees of registered students on the event day. No walk-in quota will be offered if the number of attendees of registered students reaches the maximum number of available quotas.
- No entry will be allowed for students who arrive the venue at or after 6:45pm.
