AIM
This 3-hour course is part 3 of the legal and ethical dimensions of midwifery practice series.

INTENDED LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Analyze the legal and professional implications of whistleblowing and other ethical dilemmas.

- Critically evaluate real-world medico-legal cases to inform students’ own clinical decision-making

- Understand the criminal or dishonest intent access to a computer
