Guidelines 申請須知
1. Any corporate or private group activities are required to make an online application in advance. The Jockey Club Museum of Climate Change of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (hereafter 'the Museum') reserves the right to reject the admission of any groups without scheduled appointment.
所有商業或私人團體活動均須預先遞交網上申請。香港中文大學賽馬會氣候變化博物館（下稱「本館」）有權拒絕未經預約之團體進場參觀。
2. Application(s) should be made at least 2 weeks prior to the intended date of the visit.
申請團體須於擬定活動日期前兩星期填妥並遞交此報名表作預約申請。
3. Applications are normally processed within 2 working days. The Museum will contact applicants via email or telephone (mocc@cuhk.edu.hk / 3943 9632) to follow up. If you do not receive a response within 3 working days after submission, please contact the Museum.
處理申請一般需時 2 個工作天，本館會以電郵或電話（mocc@cuhk.edu.hk / 3943 9632）聯絡申請者洽談。如申請者遞交申請後 3個工作天內仍未獲回覆，請即致電聯絡本館。
4. In view of the implementation of Campus Access Management Measures in CUHK, visitors are required to register their identity information when entering the campus. To facilitate your visit, please complete and upload [Campus Visit Application Form] to the Museum.
因應現正實施的中大校園出入管理措施，訪客入校時須登記身分證明資料。為方便團體訪客入校參觀，煩請於遞交報名表時請填妥及上傳「入校申請表」。
5. Group leaders are responsible for monitoring the behaviour of group members in the Museum at all times. Visitors are requested to observe the following rules:
(a) To avoid possible damage to the exhibits and the display cases, please do not lean on the walls or display cases, or use them as writing surfaces. Do not run while inside the Museum premises.
(b) Please do not use any writing tools to point at the exhibits when writing or drawing during your museum visit.
(c) Video recording is prohibited.
(d) Eating and drinking is prohibited.
(e) To avoid disturbing other visitors, please keep your voices down.
團體負責人於參觀博物館期間須對其同行參觀者的行為負責，並確保參觀者遵守以下守則：
(a) 為免破壞展品及展示櫃，請勿奔跑、靠倚牆壁或展示櫃，或在其表面書寫。
(b) 如需於參觀期間書寫或繪畫，請勿以書寫工具指向展品。
(c) 請勿於館內拍攝錄像。
(d) 請勿於館內飲食。
(e) 請保持安靜，以免騷擾其他參觀者。
6. Museum staff reserve the right to stop breaches of these rules, and to order the visitors concerned to leave the Museum immediately.
博物館職員有權干預或制止參觀者於館內作出的不當行為，並要求違規的參觀者即時離開。
7. The Museum reserves the right to change the time, contents and arrangements of its group tours.
博物館保留更改活動時間、內容及安排的權利。

Personal Data Collection Statement 個人資料收集聲明
• All personal data collected by the Museum will be kept confidential and used only for registering this guided tour. No personal data will be disclosed to any unauthorized personnel unless so required under the laws of Hong Kong.
你所提供的資料由博物館保密處理及作是次登記之用。除非法律許可或有所規定， 否則博物館不會向未獲授權者披露你的個人資料。
• Under the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may at any time request access to and correction of your personal data provided for registration. For enquiries, please contact us either by telephone (3943 9632) or by e-mail: mocc@cuhk.edu.hk.
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，你有權要求查閱及修正個人資料。如有查詢，歡迎與我們聯絡（電郵地址：mocc@cuhk.edu.hk；電話：3943 9632）。
