Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent to reg.ent@cuhk.edu.hk by 30 September 2025. An administrative fee of HK$600- will be charged. There is no refund after 30 September 2025.
All refund will be processed within 90 days after the conference/ workshop/ course.
Should the conference/ workshop/ course be cancelled due to unforeseeable circumstances, the organizer shall try to reschedule the programme whenever possible. There is no refund if the participant cannot attend the re-scheduled program. If, for reason beyond the control of the organizer, the conference / workshop /course is cancelled, registration fee will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
