支票抬頭請寫「The Trustees of New Asia College」，並於背面註明捐款人姓名、聯絡電話及捐款用途(請寫上「贊助新亞書院七十五周年校慶高球日」，郵寄至「香港新界沙田香港中文大學新亞書院誠明館一樓院務室102室」。閣下無需列印表格，書院同仁將合併網上紀錄。 Please make your cheque payable to "The Trustees of New Asia College" and write down your name, contact number and donation purpose (Please write "Sponsor New Asia College 75th Anniversary Golf Day" on the back of the cheque and mail to "Rm 102, 1/F Cheng Ming Building, New Asia College, CUHK, Hong Kong."

（只接受VISA 或 Master Card。使用恒生銀行發出之信用卡捐款，新亞書院可獲銀行豁免手續費，以其他銀行信用卡捐款，銀行將向書院收取手續費，但捐款人則不需繳交任何手續費）
(Only VISA or MasterCard are accepted. There are bank charges to the College for all credit cards except credit cards issued by Hang Seng Bank. Donors do not need to pay any of these fees.)
