Competition Date:
3 November 2024 (Sunday), 9:30am - 5:30pm
* Participants who are late by 5 minutes will be disqualified

Venue:
Dining Hall, LG/2 Floor, Lee Woo Sing College
Multi-purpose Hall, LG/3 Floor, Lee Woo Sing College

Competition Format:
Eliminations; for Single events, seeded participants will start from Round 2 (Round-of-16)

Eligibility (including both single and double match events):
(1) Full-time undergraduate students at Lee Woo Sing College
(2) Graduates of Lee Woo Sing College
(3) CoO members, Honorary advisors and consultants, affiliate teachers and staff of Lee Woo Sing College

Quotas of Entry:
(a) Men's Singles (MS) - 16 to 24 participants**7 Oct Update: quota exceeded; non-seeded applicants will enter draw to decide entries
(b) Women's Singles (WS) - 16 to 24 participants
(c) Mixed Doubles (MD) - Maximum 8 pairs **2 Oct Update: quota filled; forthcoming applications will be in waiting list

Decisions on Entries:
- Seeded participants: priority
- Non-seeded participants: first-come-first-in; proportions will be arranged for (1) students, (2) alumni, and (3) members/consultants/teacher/staff
- Students under disciplinary actions related to College P.E. activities in T1, 2024/25: not considered

Registration fee:
Free of Charge
** absentee without prior formal notification to College Office need to pay for $200 per participant as penalty

Transportation to Venue:
- Each participant who drives to the College can apply for one parking coupon (10 hours) ; however, no parking spaces will be reserved on the event date
- Participants should arrange for own ways to arrive at or leave the competition venue after game completion

Registration Deadline:
25 October 2024 (Friday) 11:59pm

Announcement of Seeding and Drawing Results:
31 October 2024 (Thursday)

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and Lee Woo Sing College (WS) shall not be liable for any injury which the applicant may suffer in the activity. I understand that if I withdraw from the competition, I must submit a formal email notification to the College Office (wscollege@cuhk.edu.hk) before 8:00 AM on the event date. Absence without notification will incur a penalty of HKD $200 per participant.
