申請須知 1. 所有 10 人或以上的團體參觀，均須預先申請，上限為15人。如申請成功獲批，申請者亦須於到訪前遞交《團體訪客入校申請表》（按此查閱）。大學校史館有權拒絕未經預約之團體進場參觀。 2. 團體參觀者年齡均需為15歳或以上。 3. 申請成功與否，大學校史館將保留最終批核權。如需更改申請，請至少於預定參觀前一星期通知校史館。不符合申請指引的修改，或未經校史館允許的任何改動，將導致批准撤銷。 4. 處理申請一般需時 5 個工作天，大學校史館會以電郵發出書面確認予申請者。參觀當日須憑「團體參觀確認信」入場。 5. 不設導賞服務。 查詢 電話：3943 8603 │ 電郵：ugallery@cuhk.edu.hk Application Guidelines 1. Groups of 10 members or more are required to submit an online application in advance. Once the application is approved, the applicant also need to submit "Campus Visitor Application Form -- Group Visitors" (click here for details) for campus access. The gallery reserves the right to deny entry to any groups that do not have a scheduled appointment. 2. The minimum age requirement for group visits is 15 years old. 3. All applications are subject to the Gallery’s final approval. Should there be any need for changes to the application, please notify the Gallery at least one week before the scheduled visit. Amendments that do not comply with the application guidelines, or any alterations made without prior permission from the Gallery, may result in the withdrawal of approval. 4. In general, it takes 5 working days to process an application. Once approved, the Gallery will issue a confirmation letter to the applicant via email, which must be presented on the day of the visit. 5. Guided tour services are not available.
