Enrol with CUHK as CPE Administrator

Please note:

1) A pharmacist should enrol with only one CPE Administrator.

2) Only registered pharmacists who belong to either of the following categories are eligible to enrol:

a) Full-time staff of the School of Pharmacy, CUHK

b) Current adjunct/ honorary staff of the School of Pharmacy, The CUHK

c) Current students of Master of Clinical Pharmacy Programme, CUHK

d) Current Staff of CUHK Medical Center

3) Pharmacists who have enrolled with our School in the previous CPE cycle are not required to enrol again in the current CPE cycle. We shall check the eligibility of the enrolled pharmacists in the beginning of the cycle (i.e. early June), and shall inform those who are no longer eligible in the current cycle by email.

3) The applicants will be informed of the application result by email in two weeks.
