特別捐款計劃：
- 由即日起，只需港幣 $665#，即可成為崇基學院校友會會員（終生會籍價值港幣 $500），並可獲贈迷你音樂會 A 區贈劵乙張。
- 校友會將預留 100 張 A 區贈劵。每位新登記會員只限獲贈劵 1 張。
#校友會將捐出其中港幣 $365 予學院，亦歡迎額外捐款支持「E計劃」。

If you would like to join CCCAA through this Special Donation Scheme, please fill out this online form. You will receive an confirmation email with payment details, please DO NOT SUBMIT and PAY via this Permanent Membership Application Form. Thank you!

Special Donation Scheme:
- From today onwards, for just HK$665#, you can become a CCCAA member (permanent membership fee of HK$500), and earn a voucher for Area A of the mini concert.
- CCCAA will reserve 100 Area A vouchers. Each new member is limited to receiving 1 voucher.

#CCCAA will donate HK$365 to Project E, additional donation is also welcomed.
