The GAA programme is organised exclusively for alumni from CUHK Business School (the “School”) only.
環球校友大使計劃只限中大商學院 (“商學院”）校友參加。

Submission of this form means applicants authorise the School to share their contact details with GAAs in the selected location for communication purposes, including but not limited to email address, mobile number, account ID of instant messaging (e.g., WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, Signal, etc.) and social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
提交此申請表，即代表申請者授權商學院向指定地點的環球校友大使分享其聯絡資料，包括但不限於電郵地址、手提電話號碼、即時通訊工具帳號（例如WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, Signal等等）及社交媒體帳號（例如領英）等等，以作溝通聯繫用途。

The School will verify applicants’ eligibility before sharing the contact information with GAAs. The School will not process applications with the eligibility in question.
商學院與環球校友大使分享申請者的個人資料前，會審查申請者所提供的資料。商學院不會處理身份或資料存疑之申請。

Applicants will receive GAA’s contact information once applicants’ eligibility is verified.
申請資格一經核實，申請者將會收到環球校友大使的聯絡方法。

The GAAs reserve the right to contact the applicants at their discretion, without providing any notice or explanation.
環球校友大使保留是否跟申請者聯繫之權利而不會作任何通知或解釋。

GAA’s personal data collected by the applicant are for the use of the GAA Programme only. Unless written consent is given by the data subject (i.e., GAA who are in contact with the applicants), it should not be used for any purpose other than that of the Programme, including any commercial purpose. Applicants must also ensure that the personal data are adequately protected against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure or use by other people without authorisation and consent by the data subject. All applicants must comply with these restrictions, and will indemnify and hold the School and its staff harmless against any liability or damages caused by the violation of this term.
申請者收集的環球校友大使個人資料僅用於本計劃，除非得到資料當事人（即與校友聯絡的環球校友大使）書面同意，否則有關資料不應被用於本計劃外的任何用途，包括任何商業用途。申請者必須確保有關個人資料得到充分保護，以免資料在未經資料當事人授權及同意下，遭其他人未經授權或意外存取、處理、刪除或使用。所有申請者必須遵守這些限制條件，並將賠償及確保本學院與其教職員免於承擔因違反此部分而蒙受的任何法律責任或損害。

Applicants and the GAAs participate in the Programme on a voluntary basis without monetary and/ or non-monetary compensation in any form. Under no circumstances will the School be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever (including, without limitation, any direct or indirect damages for loss of profits, business interruption or loss of information) resulting or arising directly or indirectly from applicants‘ participation in the Programme. Commercial activities in any form are not encouraged in the Programme.
所有申請者及環球校友大使皆自願參與本計劃，亦不會獲得任何形式的金錢及／或非金錢補償。在任何情況下，商學院將不會以任何方式就申請者參與本計劃直接或間接導致或引起的任何申索、損害、損失、開支、訟費或法律責任（包括但不限於因利潤損失、業務中斷或遺失資料造成的任何直接或間接損害）負責或承擔責任。商學院亦不支持於計劃推行其間進行任何商業活動。

The School reserves the right to cease the Programme and/ or change and modify any of the T&Cs at any time and at our sole discretion without prior notice or explanation.
商學院保留終止本計劃的權利及／或隨時自行更改及修改任何條款及細則而不須作事先通知或解釋。
