To complete the application smoothly, applicant should upload a copy of (a) Permanent Hong Kong ID card for permanent Hong Kong citizens. For non-permanent Hong Kong residents, please upload the Hong Kong visa page with expiry date of visa , and (b) education document certifying that you have at least (a) completed Hong Kong secondary five education or equivalent (grade 11) on or prior to 2011 or (b) completed Hong Kong secondary six education (university admission level) or equivalent (grade 12 or higher) on or after 2012.

This programme is opened to HK residents, whether temporary or permanent. Permanent HK residents have no restriction on programme date and HK visa expiry issue. "Permanent Hong Kong Citizen" status should have the exact title "Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card" written on the Hong Kong ID card. If the HKID card is without the word "permanent", it is an ID card of staying in HK with conditions. More information here.
