請細閱以下重要事項:
1. 宿位一經訂妥，租用團體須於指定日期內繳付住宿費用的百份之十作為按金，其餘 款項及港幣一千元的鎖匙按金須在入宿前三星期繳付。
2. 所繳費用，例不退還。如租用團體入宿前壹個月以書面通知本院取消或減少已訂妥之宿位，本院得酌量退還部份宿費，惟以不超過已繳費用百分之二十為原則。
3. 租用團體入住時 ，請憑繳款收條到宿舍接待處領取鎖匙。鎖匙按金於遷出宿舍並交還所有鎖匙後，予以退還。
Please read the following Important Notes carefully:
1. A deposit of 10% of accommodation fees should be paid within the designated period once the application is approved. The remainder and HK$1,000 of key deposit should be settled three weeks before the check-in date.
2. All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation of whole/ partial booking must be made in written with at least 1 month prior to check-in date and 20% of relevant payment made will be refunded.
3. With payment receipts, room keys are collected at the reception counter of hostels. The key deposit is required upon checking in and to be refunded subject to return all the keys during check-out.

付款方法
方法一︰經恆生銀行櫃檯，以現金付款至香港中文大學
1. 匯款至香港中文大學帳戶︰ 024-293-005005-001。
2. 保留匯款收據作付款證明。
3. 匯款收據背面，請註明[暑期租用學生宿舍]及填上你的申請編號。
4. 將匯款收據交予新亞書院輔導處宿舍小組鐘小姐/ 張先生。
方法二︰經 恆生銀行或匯豐銀行的自動櫃員機付款至香港中文大學（付款人需持有恆生銀行或匯豐銀行的戶口）
1. 於自動櫃員機輸入你的銀行卡密碼。
2. 選擇 “ 轉帳”，匯款至香港中文大學帳戶︰ 024-293-005005-001。不要選 “繳費”，否則繳交之款項會被識別為支付你的學費。
3. 檢查匯款收據，確認清楚交易已被銀行所接納。
4. 保留匯款收據作付款證明。
5. 匯款收據背面，請註明[暑期租用學生宿舍]及填上你的申請編號。
6. 將匯款收據交予新亞書院輔導處宿舍小組鐘小姐/ 張先生。
Method 1: Visit Hang Seng Bank counter to settle the accommodation fees by cash
1. Pay into the bank account no.: 293-005005-001 in the name of “The Chinese University of Hong Kong“.
2. Retain the bank-in slip as your payment evidence.
3. Specify “Summer Hostel Group Booking” and mark your application number at the back of the bank-in slip.
4. Submit the bank-in slip to Ms. Kayla Zhong/ Mr. William Cheung of hostel team, Dean of Students' Office, New Asia College.
Method 2: Visit Hang Seng Bank/ HSBC ATMs to settle the accommodation fees under direct fund transfer (Payee should be the ATM card holder of HSBC or Hang Seng Bank)
1. Enter the PIN of your ATM card.
2. Select “ FUND Transfer ” function and key in the payment amount to CUHK bank account: 024-293-005005-001. Don't select “Bill Payment” function, otherwise your payment would be identified for settling your tuition fees.
3. Check from the ATM slip if the transaction is accepted by bank.
4. Retain the ATM slip as your payment evidence.
5. Specify “Summer Hostel Group Booking” and mark your application number at the back of the ATM slip.
6. Submit the ATM slip to Ms. Kayla Zhong/ Mr. William Cheung of hostel team, Dean of Students' Office, New Asia College.

請以劃線支票付款，抬頭請書：[香港中文大學]，逕函香港新界沙田香港中文大學新亞書院，信封面請註明[暑期租用學生宿舍]及填上申請編號。
Please send crossed cheque(s) and made payable to “The Chinese University of Hong Kong” to New Asia College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, N.T. specifying “Summer Hostel Group Booking” mark your application number on the envelope.
