任何個人資料將會安全穩妥儲存於我們的系統內，我們將採取適當措施，以確保閣下的個人資料得到妥善保障。然而，互聯網上的任何資料傳送並無安全保證，閣下須自行承擔傳送所有該等資料的風險。本校將採取所有切實可行的步驟，以確保個人資料的保存時間不超過將其保存以貫徹該資料被使用的所需的時間。所有個人資料只有授權的本校職員才獲准查閱，我們不會向任何人士發佈該等個人資料。

Security of Personal Data
Once we receive your transmission, only authorized staff will be able to access your Personal Data.
Personal data is stored securely in our system. We will take appropriate measures to ensure that your Personal Data is properly protected. However, there is no security guarantee for any data transmission over the internet and you transmit all such data at your own risk. We will take all practicable steps to ensure that personal data is not kept longer than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose. Only authorized staff have access to the data. We do not release personal data to other parties.

CU Link Card holders are NOT required to apply for swimming card.
持有「中大通」人士無需申請游泳證。

CU Alumni Credit Card holders are NOT required to apply for swimming card.
持香港中文大學校友信用咭之校友無需申請游泳證。

Staff quarter resident smartcard holders are NOT required to apply for swimming card.
持職員宿舍住戶證人士無需申請游泳證。

Swimming cards are only still valid for one year, existing card holders may renew their swimming cards, while new users must submit required information to proceed new application. All swimming cards issued since 2024 will be an electronic card.
游泳證的有效期為一年。現持有游泳池證人士可申請續證, 未曾申請過游泳證人士需要遞交相關文件以作全新申請. 所有2024起發出的游泳證已改為電子證

All types of card holders are required to pay admission fee corresponds to their membership status.
所有持證人士入場，仍須要按收費表支付相應入場費用。

校友游泳證/合資格退休僱員游泳證的年費為港幣$220(有效期至2024年11月30日)。請把款項存入香港中文大學帳戶(恆生銀行帳戶號碼：293-005005-001)並上載收據副本。

Normally, application procedure will be completed in 5 working days. Applicant will receive confirmation email from Administration and Amenities Section.

收妥所需文件後，辦事處正常會於5個工作天內批核申請。申請人會收到由行政及設施組發出的確認電郵。
