Once you have received a letter of offer from your company, please prepare the following documents: a. Suspension of Study Application form for internship b. Letter of offer, which should clearly state the company name, your position, contract period (exact start and end dates), working hours and salary c. Copies of Student Identity Card and Hong Kong Identity Card d. Your most updated transcript e. (For non-local students only) Valid and up-to-date No Objection Letter (NOL) f. Study plan in Excel format g. (For QFRM students only) Study plan in Word format, ensuring that the information is consistent with the Excel file. h. (For QFRM students only) Declaration of Programme Completion 4.
