1. Please read the Terms and Conditions of Hire of the Sir Run Run Shaw Hall and the Scales of Hire Charges for External Hirers before completing this application form.
2. Booking applications are accepted not less than 60 days but not more than 180 days in advance of the day of hire.

Auditorium Temporarily Closed 演奏廳暫停開放

For enhancement of the cultural facilities and services for our venue users, the Auditorium of the Sir Run Run Shaw Hall will be temporarily closed from 4 to 28 July 2025 for improvement and refurbishment works.
為了提供更完善的文化設施及服務，邵逸夫堂的演奏廳由2025年7月4日至28日暫停開放，以進行設施優化工程。
Application Situation 檔期情況

Due to overwhelming response to the application for Auditorium, slots of the booking session between now and 23 June 2025 have been almost fully allocated at the moment.
由於演奏廳的租用申請反應熱烈，由即日起至2025月6月23日，上述期間的大部分租用檔期現時已完成分配。
