預約手續 To book a tour
請填妥表格,並於所選的參觀日期最少30個工作天前預約。藝術行政主任辦公室(下稱「本辦公室」)會於獲悉預約後15個工作天內以電郵回覆,以確定參觀日期及有關安排。如有任何疑問,請電郵至 cuoaa@cuhk.edu.hk 或致電 (852) 3943 1598 與我們聯絡。
Please submit the completed registration form at least 45 working days before the preferred tour date. The Office of the Arts Administrator (hereafter ‘the Office’) will contact you via email to confirm the tour date and other arrangements within 15 working days. For enquiries, please contact cuoaa@cuhk.edu.hk / (852) 3943 1598.

預約須知 Tour Booking Notes
1. 我們將提供已消毒的貼耳式導賞耳機,供參加者於導賞團期間使用,參加者亦可自備耳機 (具3.5mm連接口)。
2. 路線將視乎當天實際情況調整。製作日程可能隨時更改,恕不保證所有導賞團均能進入邵逸夫堂及文物館,亦未能預先通知。
3. 導賞團全程包括長時間站立和步行。
4. 請尊重版權,導賞團內容不可錄影或錄音。
5. 團體須自行安排交通前往場地。港鐵大學站外設指定上落客區,惟香港中文大學內不設旅遊巴泊位。
1. On-ear headphones are provided and sanitised before each session. Participants are welcome to bring their own headphones (3.5mm plug) if preferred.
2. The route of each tour may vary. Access to the Sir Run Run Shaw Hall and Art Museum are not guaranteed for each tour as technical and production schedules are subject to change. Advance notice will not be provided.
3. Standing and walking for a long period of time are required sometimes during the tour.
4. For copyright reasons, filming and recording of tour content are not allowed.
5. Please arrange your own transportation to and from the CUHK. There is a drop off/pick up point outside the MTR University Station. Please note that there are no coach parking spaces at the CUHK.

Must be a number between 20 and 50
每校參加總人數最少為20人,最多為50人;為了讓更多不同學校能有機會參與活動,本辦公室將因應學校預約情況及人數,編排不同學校於同一場次,每場參加總人數最多為50人。
Minimum number of participants is 20, maximum capacity per tour is 50. To enable more schools to participate in the tours, the Office will decide to assign other school to participate in the same session, maximum capacity per session is 50.

條款 Terms and Conditions
1. 導賞團的名額之安排將以先到先得方式處理,本辦公室亦會因應預約情況,保留分配名額之最終決定權。
2. 本辦公室將以電郵方式發出確認信予已成功預約的學校,學校需回覆確認留座 (貴校確認預約後,將不得更改日期及參加者數目)。
3. 學校確定參加場次後,需以支票或銀行轉賬/入數形式支付費用,學生每位港幣 50 元,教職員每位港幣 100 元 (有關收取費用安排,將在確定報名安排後另行通知)。
4. 如學校無故退出/臨時缺席,將影響學校參與本辦公室日後舉辦的教育活動的機會。
5. 本辦公室保留更改活動日期、時間或行程的權利。
1. Tours are available on a first come first served basis. The Office reserves the right to allocate quota according to the actual situation of registration.
2. Once registration is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the applicant. The school’s representative shall return the confirmation of booking (No change can be made after a registration is confirmed by the school’s representative).
3. The school shall settle payment of the amount by cheque or bank direct transfer/deposit, which $50 HKD per student and $100 HKD per staff (For the details of payment, please follow the confirmation email instructions to pay and confirm the registration).
4. If school is absent from the tour without prior notification justification, the Office reserves the right to refuse registration for future events from the related schools.
5. The Office reserves the right to amend the rundown, date and time of the programme any time with reasonable notice to school without cause.
