i-Fun Day - Registration

Date: 25th February 2023 (Saturday)
Time: 1:30-5:00p.m.
Venue: New Asia Gymnasium (NA Gym)
Prizes: Individual awards & trophies for the overall winning teams
Bonus: Students will be rewarded with extracurricular participation marks (4 marks) in required and/ or elective P.E. course upon the completion of activity.
Eligibility:
All CUHK full-time students*

Events:
- 3x3 Basketball
- Six-legged Race
- Pillow Fight
- Benteng Bentengan (Traditional Indonesian game - You don’t need to have prior knowledge of it. Our Indonesian students will demonstrate the game)

*Applicants are required to form teams to enroll. Individual application is not accepted. For non-local students, please indicate your affiliated association. Eligible non-local associations can be found here. For students who are not affiliated with any of the above association, please provide your team name when you enroll.

Important notes:
1.Each applicant can only represent one association/ team.
2.Each association can send one team at most for each event.
3.Teams forming will be coordinated by the associations if the number of applicants exceeds/ does not fill up the quota of any event.
4. The information provided in this form will be passed to your affiliated association for team forming when necessary. You are deemed to agree with this arrangement if you submit this form.
