USC Collection Request Form

Use this form to request remote storage and closed-stack material of the Universities Service Centre (USC) for China Studies Collection, 8/F and 9/F, University Library.

Service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (except public holidays). Special arrangement can be requested in advance by calling library staff at 3943 8762 or email to usc@lib.cuhk.edu.hk.
