Research Poster Exhibition -- Poster abstract submission form

The Research Poster Exhibition 2023 is co-organized by the CUHK Library, the Graduate School, and the Independent Learning Centre (ILC). All CUHK research postgraduate students are welcome to join! Please submit your poster abstract by filling in this form.

Poster Abstracts Guidelines :
The poster should present contents for the participants’ own research.

The abstract should not be more than 500 words.

Abstracts of selected submissions may be included in Exhibition promotional materials and brochures.

Abstracts of research presented in other events may also be submitted for selection consideration, but priority will be given to research not presented elsewhere.

Key Dates for Entry:

Deadline for submission of abstracts: 24 Mar 2023 (Fri)

Notification of results: 14 Apr 2023 (Fri)

Deadline for submission of posters: 5 May 2023 (Fri)

** The Library reserves the right of final decision when dispute arise.
