A Life-Saver: Mental Health First Aid (Jan 2022)

With the belief that it is important to strengthen our resilience and equip ourselves to cope with life’s challenges, a 12-hour Mental Health First Aid Standard Course will be organized in Jan 2022. The Course is especially offered to Full-time Postgraduate Students.

Target Audience : Full-time Postgraduate Students

Dates : 11, 14, 18 and 21 January 2022 (Tuesdays and Fridays; 4 x 3-hour sessions)

Time : 9:30am – 12:30pm

Venue : Esther Lee Building (ELB 307)

Quota : Max. 25 (first come first served)

Language of Delivery : Mainly Cantonese

Instructor : Student Counsellor, Wellness and Counselling Centre, OSA

Course Fee : HK$ 100.00 (Including Manual and Certificate)
