Self-monitoring Expenses Subsidy for Non-local Undergraduate Students

Eligibility
To be eligible for the Self-monitoring Expenses Subsidy for Non-local Undergraduate Students, applicants:
1. must be full-time non-local undergraduate students travel to Hong Kong; and
2. have undergone the 7-day self-monitoring as required by the Hong Kong SAR Government quarantine policy in a commercial lodging (e.g. hotel) during the period from 1st August 2021 to 31st December 2021.

Students who are only required to undergo compulsory quarantine, but not the 7-day self-monitoring, are not eligible for the Subsidy.
