1. 當銀行手績辦妥後，神學院將會發出「銀行自動轉賬奉獻通知書」通知
台端此銀行自動轉賬正式生效。
2. 台端奉獻數額約於每月的一日轉賬往崇基學院神學院戶口。
3. 本院將每年發回奉獻收據乙張。
4. 填妥另外附上的直接付款授權書後，請寄回新界沙田香港中文大學崇基學院神學院收。

Notes to Donors:
1. A Notification of Autopay Donation will be issued by our Divinity School when the bank procedures are completed. The monthly autopay donation will be made immediate effect.
2. Your monthly donation in a fixed amunt will be transferred to the bank account of Divinity School of Chung Chi College on the first day of each month.
3. A Receipt will be issued to you by our School every year.
4. Please complete the "Direct Debit Authorisation" form and mail it to us via "Divinity School of Chung Chi College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, N.T".
