Participants will be randomly assigned to take free probiotics (valued several thousand HK dollars) or vitamins for 16-18 weeks and follow up for one year. During the 1-year follow-up period, we will provide you with a body check. You will receive up to HK$1200 supermarket cash coupons after completing the study. Our study aims to improve gut health and enhance immunity, and to evaluate whether probiotics can reduce adverse reactions after taking COVID-19 vaccines. If you are (1). going to take the 1st dose of *Sinovac COVID-19 vaccination* AND (2). aged 65 years old or above or diagnosed with Type 2 DM, don’t hesitate and register now!
