Student Helper Recruitment, United College College Assemblies 2025-26 Term 2

^Students who wish to take up a Student Helper Engagement must complete the registration procedures before commencing any duties.
1. Registration at Student Helper System (Navigation Path: MyCUHK > CUSIS > Applications > Other Applications > Student Helper Registration).
2. Students will be reminded to register ONCE only before they start a helper job at CHHK (i.e. no duplicate registration will be allowed).
3. Students will be asked to input their bank account information on the web registration form. Any subsequent updates on bank account information may be handled by themselves in the Student Helper System (Navigation Path: MyCUHK > MyPage > Student Helper System > Main Menu > Payroll and Compensation > Personal Bank Account).
4. Students will receive an instruction email for eMPF enrolment after registration. Students are required to complete the eMPF enrollment to activate their student helper account. It takes 3 days to activate their record after submission of proof of a successful MPF scheme enrollment to CUWebform.
5. Student Helpers should only start the engagement after an email confirmation on activation of student helper engagement record is received.
(Payroll will also be affected if the student helper account is not activated.)

^ Randomly selected students will be contacted and confirmed for work via email/telephone before the concerned assembly takes place.

^ 擬擔任學生助理工作的學生須於開始工作前完成相關註冊手續。
1. 註冊程序
學生須於「學生助理系統」完成註冊。
進入路徑如下：
MyCUHK → CUSIS → Applications → Other Applications → Student Helper Registration
2. 註冊次數
學生於中文大學在開始任何學生助理工作前，僅須完成一次註冊。系統不接受重複註冊。
3. 銀行帳戶資料
學生需於網上註冊表格中輸入其銀行帳戶資料。如日後需更新帳戶資料，可自行於「學生助理系統」辦理。
進入路徑如下：
MyCUHK → MyPage → Student Helper System → Main Menu → Payroll and Compensation → Personal Bank Account
4. 強積金（eMPF）登記
完成註冊後，學生將收到有關 eMPF 登記的指引電郵。學生必須完成 eMPF 登記，以啟動其學生助理帳戶。
在學生於 CUWebform 提交成功加入 MPF 計劃的證明後，相關紀錄需 3 天方可於系統內啟動。
5. 開始工作時間
學生助理必須在收到「學生助理聘用紀錄已啟動」的電郵確認後，方可正式開始進行相關工作。
(未有啓動學生助理帳戶之同學，書院將無法順利支薪。)

^ 被隨機選中的同學將於每次書院聚會前收到電郵 / 電話通知有關該次聚會之工作。
